How to Add Node Creek as a Manager on Your Google Business Profile

To connect your Google Business Profile to our marketing tools and help manage your listing, Node Creek needs Manager access to your profile.

This lets us add photos, post updates, respond to reviews, and connect your listing to other services - all on your behalf, without needing your password.

This takes about 2 minutes.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to business.google.com and sign in with the Google account you used to set up your profile.

  2. Find your business. It should appear in your dashboard. If you manage more than one, click on the correct one.

  3. Open the menu. Click the three dots (…) in the upper right corner of your business panel.

  4. Click “Business Profile settings” from the dropdown menu.

  5. Click “People and access”.

  6. Click the blue “Add” button in the upper right.

  7. Enter the email address: [email protected]

  8. Under “Access”, select “Manager” from the dropdown.

  9. Click “Invite”.

That’s it. Peter will receive an email to accept the invitation - please let him know once you’ve sent it so he can accept promptly.

Understanding Access Levels

Google Business Profile has two main access levels:

Owner - Full control, including the ability to add and remove other people. You should keep this for yourself. There can be multiple owners, but the primary owner cannot be removed.

Manager - Can add photos, post updates, respond to reviews, and connect third-party tools. This is what Node Creek needs to manage your listing on your behalf.

Revoking Access

You can remove Node Creek’s access at any time from the same “People and access” screen:

  1. Go to business.google.com
  2. Open Business Profile settings via the three-dot menu
  3. Click “People and access”
  4. Find [email protected] and click the trash icon to remove them

You stay in control of your profile at all times.
